The payment brokerage service related to online bank payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.

The products you ordered have a 14-day exchange and return right. The right of return only applies to unused, unopened salable products. Along with the package, also send the shipping list of your order and the account number to which the return payment can be made.

For orders from abroad, the shipping costs will only be refunded if the product sent is wrong or incorrect, otherwise the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
